Ma'at: Weighing of the Heart Ceremony

There is a teaching older than doctrine. A way of knowing in which truth is not imposed, but revealed through the very substance of one’s being.

In the ancient Egyptian tradition, the heart was weighed against the feather of Ma’at. Not as judgment in the moral sense, but as a moment of clear seeing.

Nothing could be hidden. Nothing could be carried that was not true.

This seven-week journey enters that field.

Each week, we will meet seven of the forty-two Neters, not as distant deities,but as living principles of truth, order, and right relationship.

Through guided practice, reflection, and embodied awareness, you will be invited to:

• encounter what is out of alignment
• recognise what is true without distortion
• and allow the gradual refinement of the heart

This is not a path of self-improvement. It is a path of honesty. A return to a way of being in which nothing within you needs to be concealed. Over time, something begins to lighten. Not because effort is applied, but because what is not true is no longer held.

This work does not weigh you. It teaches you how to stand so that your own heart becomes light.
